The training needs analysis, also known as TNA or TBA, systematically identifies which target groups require what knowledge to be able to perform their tasks confidently within the project and later during regular operations. This process involves analyzing roles, processes, system changes, skill gaps, and priorities. The results form the basis for training planning, cost estimation, the course catalog, and resource planning.

In what formats can SAP training projects be conducted?

Depending on the target audience, content, and circumstances, SAP training projects can be delivered in-person, as virtual classroom training, in hybrid formats, or, in some cases, with e-learning components.
