What is a standard SAP seminar?

A standard SAP seminar is a structured training format with a clearly defined agenda, a fixed scope of topics, and prepared content. We provide ready-made training materials, exercises (depending on the seminar), and—depending on the format—a demo or training system. This ensures that participants receive reliable, practical knowledge transfer that can be efficiently planned.

Who are SAP seminars intended for?

Our SAP seminars are designed for new users, key users, project team members, business units, and executives. Depending on the seminar, the focus is on fundamentals, process understanding, navigation, module-specific topics, or S/4HANA-specific content.

What topics do SAP seminars at t4t cover?

We offer SAP training courses for SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA—ranging from fundamentals and navigation to end-to-end processes, as well as module-specific courses such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, and Business Partner. We also offer delta courses, Fiori topics, and integrated process training.

Do we use exercises in SAP seminars?

Yes, many of our standard seminars include hands-on exercises. This applies to both introductory courses and numerous compact and guide-based formats in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.

Are there any SAP seminars without hands-on exercises?

Yes. Not every seminar is designed as a hands-on workshop. Some formats—such as certain Delta seminars—are intentionally designed as overview or demonstration sessions. This allows you to choose the appropriate learning format based on the target audience and learning objectives.

Does t4t provide the training materials for SAP seminars?

Yes. Our standard seminars are based on prepared training materials and clearly structured content. This ensures quality, consistency, and reliable delivery at the client’s site. Your materials also demonstrate that the seminars are structured with an agenda, course objectives, and organized content.

Can SAP seminars be tailored to the customer's needs?

Yes, to a certain extent. Content from the standard curriculum can be condensed or tailored to the target audience. However, as soon as new topics are added or there is a significant deviation from the standard curriculum, we generally refer to it as a workshop.

What is the difference between an SAP seminar and an SAP workshop?

A standard SAP seminar follows a clear agenda and uses prepared materials as well as—depending on the format—exercises and a demo or training system. An SAP workshop is tailored to the customer’s specific topics, questions, and requirements. As soon as new content outside the standard is introduced, we move into the workshop format.

Are SAP seminars available online, in person, or as in-house training?

Yes. Our SAP seminars can be conducted remotely, in person, or as in-house training—whichever best suits your organizational needs.

Are SAP seminars also suitable for S/4HANA transformations?

Yes. Basic, Delta, and module-specific seminars, in particular, help participants understand the differences from SAP ERP, grasp new concepts, and build confidence in working with SAP S/4HANA.
