After attending the "QM Compact for SAP ERP" seminar, participants will be familiar with the basic functions of quality management (SAP QM) and understand how quality processes are supported in the SAP ERP system along the logistics process chain. They will learn how quality management is integrated into business processes in areas such as procurement, production, and sales.
Participants will gain an overview of important QM master data and quality planning functions, such as inspection characteristics, inspection plans, and sampling procedures. In addition, they will understand basic quality inspection processes, including inspection processing, results and defect recording, and inspection lot completion.
Another focus is on functions such as quality notifications, quality certificates, quality control, and test equipment management, which are used to document and control quality processes.
After completing the seminar, participants will be able to classify the most important processes and functions of the SAP QM module in the SAP ERP system and understand how quality inspections and quality management processes are supported by the system.
