After attending the seminar "SAP Basics and Navigation GUI for SAP ERP," participants will be familiar with the basic operation and navigation of the SAP ERP system via the classic SAP GUI and understand its role as a user interface for accessing SAP applications. The SAP Graphical User Interface (SAP GUI) is a desktop client that allows users to access the functions and transactions of an SAP system.
Participants learn about the structure of the SAP screen and the SAP Easy Access menu, as well as basic navigation options within the system. They understand how applications can be called up via menus or transaction codes and executed in the system.
In addition, you will gain an overview of the system structure, organizational data, and key SAP concepts. You will learn how to customize personal settings, parameters, and layout variants, and how to use help functions to work efficiently in the system.
After the seminar, participants will be able to navigate the SAP ERP system confidently using the SAP GUI, execute basic transactions, and perform typical tasks in the system.
